On April 29^th, 2011 in Plovdiv was held a competition of Protection of disasters, fires and emergencies. The team of "Ivan Vazov" Secondary School was on a very high level and won first place in the Plovdiv region.
The competition consisted two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. Our boys and girls demonstrated knowledge and skills in 6 fields: 1- Protection of disasters; 2-Protection of Industrial Accidents; 3- Individual remedies; 4- 112 Phone conversations, 5-First Aid and 6- Fire Safety. In the first round the team received the most points. On the second round they had a few mistakes, but they showed the best time’s results and won the first place.
Thanks for the diplomas and the cups for the school collection. We wish you success and new achievements in the National competition.
