The Operational Programme „Human Resources Development”, co-financed by the European Social Fund of the European Union, funds the project.

Aim of the project is to create a system for career guidance in school compliance between national and European policy on lifelong guidance.

During February 2013, students from "Ivan Vazov" Secondary school in the town of Sopot took part in the one of the main activities of the project – a training program for career guidance for students from 1 to 12 grades.

The program contains interactive exercises suitable to the age of the students and aims a developing of various skills - identifying of occupations, skills to assess abilities and making decisions, skills for self-knowledge and others.
