According to the tradition, on this day the families attend the church together with their children to pray for health and prosperity. On this day stars the preparation for Christmas. All members of the family gather around the table in the evening. There is warm bread, honey, and a glass of red wine on the table.

Pupils from primary classes at “Ivan Vazov” Secondary school who study “Religion”and “Choreography” and their Form – teachers Tsvetelina Todorova and Margarina Gudeva told stories about their faith and about Biblical events. Special guests to the celebration were pupils from 1^st and 2^nd grade. Many parents visited also the celebration.
