The “National Center for Disease Control and Prevention for Environmental Health” to the Regional Inspectorate of Public Health – Plovdiv announced a photo contest on the theme “Wealth of Central Balkan National Park”. The main goal of the contest was “Promoting national wealth and stimulating students’ interest to the conservation of protected areas”.

Twenty –four pictures were presented by nine students from “Ivan Vazov” Secondary school. The first prize was awarded to Lachesar Petkov from 6^th class. It was a clock, which was given to Marina Moneva from 12^th grade. The rest 5 of participants took incentives. Congratulations on all participants, who proved that they were not only good photographers but also they knew much about the local flora and fauna. Congratulations on the winners.
