“1000 Scholarships “ Project is a national competition for students from 6^th grade to 11^th grade. The main values of the project are books and reading. This year Christian Georgiev Ivanov from 7^th class participated in the competition with an essay, which presented his knowledge and thoughts about his favourite subject – History. His application is supported by his form-teacher, who is also teaching him History. Christian is always happily involved in school project and especially in History.

After winning the scholarship, Christian deserved credit for books from “Helicon” Bookstore. The first book ordered was “Knight Ivanhoe”- the encyclopedia not only about the fascinated world of adventures and fantasy, but also one whole universe of knowledge about nature, history, geography, art, architecture and customs of different ages and people.

Soon it will be announced the new session of the “1000 scholarships”. We wish successful ranks to all participants from “Ivan Vazov” Secondary School.
