As usual on the day of Bulgarian Enlightenment and Culture, Vesselin Lichev, the Mayor of Sopot awarded the student and the teacher of the year. The “Teacher of the Year” prize was awarded to Valentina Minkova Kancheva, a Bulgarian language and Literature teacher in High School ‘Ivan Vazov’,  The “Student of the year” prize was awarded to Lachezar Georgiev Petkov form 7^th grade of High School “Ivan Vazov”.
