The ritual of mummers is performed on the first Sunday before Lent, seven weeks before Easter. This is the day in the national folk calendar, known as Forgiveness. The family gathers around the table during the dinner, and everyone wants forgiveness for mistakes or other insults during the year. Young people kiss a hand of elderly parents , grandfather and grandmother. On the table must have a pastry with cheese and white halva. From the next day to Easter not eat dairy products. Traditionally, this holiday is celebrated at High school "Ivan Vazov " , Sopot  by a collection of  mummers dance. Boys from choreographic classes in traditional costumes and masks,  called  for the expulsion of " evil forces " by ritual dances.
