First of December – this day is traditionally known as the International Day for people living with AIDS. And traditionally people from all over the world put red strips to support them. It’s very important to all of us to think about how much we know about the biggest challenge of the 20st century. On this day as usually in “Ivan Vazov” Secondary school some volunteers of the Junior Red Cross gave brochures to other students at school. Both students and teachers showed a poster where many pupils tried to check their knowledge about myths and truths connected with AIDS. And also about secure and probable opportunities for contamination.
World AIDS Day is a good reason for people from all over the world to unite in their fight against AIDS. And to be stopped both prejudices and illness. |
