The seventh-graders from "Ivan Vazov" Secondary school - Sopot organized a home food laboratory. They were challenged to make their favorite autumn-winter salads. Concluding the Plant Kingdom section of the Biology and Health Education textbook, students in the online environment summarized the knowledge about the modified organs of plants, with which they adapt to the conditions of their environment, the nutrients in their cells, the vitamins and salts that linger in them. They were happy to present and discuss the prepared healthy seasonal dishes.
